Traci went to Jim Whites in in the spring for some advice an ended up goin the summer with her car an this winter she went back to jims an she worked out a deal with Rich on a beautiful 2018 RAM 1500 the whole process was so easy no pain at all. Jim Whites was a no-pressure vehicle buying experience. We spent 3 weeks looking, test driving and finally purchasing this truck all with great accomodation and patience from Rich. At our first visit when we weren't sure if we wanted to buy yet, he gave us his card and no pressure. He went out of his way to work around our availability. I would highly recommend purchasing from Jim White's. From the moment we stepped on the lot Rich was very friendly and honest. We stopped and looked at the vehicle on Saturday. If we could we would give Rich White even more stars we would. We have dealt with many car dealerships and I have to say it was the best experience! From start to finish Rich did everything he said he would and more! He returned our phone calls and was extremely helpful. He did everything to make sure when we left the lot we were happy. We bought a Chevy van from him which I spotted out of the corner of my eye as I was driving by. I pulled into the lot and there was a sign on the door saying he was on vacation and would be back the following week. I left a message and as soon as he got back he promptly called me to tell me unfortunately the van had been sold but if anything changed he would let us know before the end of the week. Fortunately for us but unfortunately for the other person their financing fell through and we were able to purchase the van. In the past 20 years I’ve purchased 2 separate vehicles from Jim Whites. It’s a small area so not many places to shop from. Both times the vehicles I’ve purchased have absolute surpassed my expectations. The service that I received from especially Rich White has been phenomenal. Very informative and made my dreams come true on both occasions. Both vehicles I have gotten from here were amazing. The bigger places in orchard park and Hamburg have nothing in Jim Whites. I'm originally from the area but currently reside in VA and had been without a vehicle for several months before going to Jim White's. As I was planning to be back in the area for the holidays with family, I decided to see what Jim White's inventory looked like. Almost right away I saw a vehicle I really liked and was able to view the carfax history immediately. After I test drove the vehicle and decided it had to be mine, Rich made sure I understood each step of the purchasing process and how to handle to out of state purchase with the VA DMV once I was back in town but also managed to get all paperwork/ documentation done quickly so I could still leave town when originally planned. If you are looking for a straight forward, transparent and friendly place to find your next set of wheels, I can't recommend Jim White's enough.

I just wanted to reiterate my consistently good experiences with Rich White. Not only does he run a quality business, he is also a quality person. He is an untraditional car salesman in the sense that he does not push you towards a specific vehicle, but supports your requirements and helps you choose a vehicle that is the right fit. My first time buying experience with Ray White Auto Sales was an excellent experience. I saw the vehicle I wanted on a Wednesday and a week later I was driving my new gently used vehicle home without any glitches! The credit application was easy to fill out. I am a person that hates going and dealing with dealerships. I was recommended by a co-worker. This was the best place. Rich gave me the facts straight to me. It was a black and white no grey area. He was even able to text and email so it was easier with my busy work schedule. With everything all said and done they got my interest rate cut in half and my payments below what I was previous was paying! I highly recommend this place if you don't like dealing with the big dealerships and the pushie sales men.

man where do i even begin, huge thanks to Rich from jim whites and allison and kim at community bank in silver creek, i struggled for probably half a year trying to figure out a car weather it be applying for loans checking in with dealerships trying to save the money to buy a car out right but i kept hitting a road block every single time between insurance not having long enough credit history or being able to save the money, after awhile you get extremely discouraged let me tell ya and then i came across jim whites auto in silver creek i applied for a dodge dart just to test the waters and see what was gonna happen a few days later my co worker walked up to me and told me “i heard you applied for a car through jim whites!” and she told me they were awesome and so i got in contact with rich and he helped me with EVERYTHING but yet again i hit another block and almost gave up but rich found a way and jumped through hoops to get me in a car he managed to get me approved for a loan and got me into my beautiful 2020 Malibu and i love this car i didn’t think it was gonna be possible and i am very grateful! if your in a pinch and need a car rich is your guy, thank you so much for all your help man! if i could rate this higher than a 5/5 i would haha

I am just going to be honest here. My experiences in the past and the present are rarely good when it's time to buy a car for my wife or myself. I assume it's because I despise being lied to and I don't like when someone tries to take me for an idiot. I am certain nobody does. It seems like every time you go somewhere, it's just not an enjoyable experience at all. It's almost like you are paying for someone to mistreat you. Well, that's not going to happen at Jim White's. I am normally on edge as soon as I walk on a lot and immediately after meeting Rich and talking to him for a few minutes I could tell he was listening to me, he wasn't trying to talk over me and most importantly, he was straight with me. I took the car I saw for a drive and it was great. That was on a Friday and I picked the car up on Monday night. He communicated everything I had to do and made the process truly an enjoyable experience. I almost wish we needed another car so we could do it again. Thanks Rich !!!

Called ahead to see if the vehicle I had wanted to buy was available and if they would take a trade in. Told to "come on over", test drove the vehicle and was shown the underside on the lift and after crunching some numbers I wouldn't have been able to make the payments so we turned to my second best on my list. Took a test drive, road smooth and even though used it was so well cared for it looked new. Went over numbers including my trade in and it was perfect. I was able to get an awesome warranty to boot. Even though I has gone late in the afternoon we were all settled with paperwork, insurance, and switching plates I still had time to take the family out to dinner and see the sunset. Answered all my questions(there were many) and gave his best advice. I'm very happy with my purchase and service at Jim White's.

I just wanted to say a few words about my experience buying a truck at Jim White’s in Irving NY. I started my buying experience like most people online and let me tell you I looked at every truck in the area I mean every truck, it became an obsession you can ask my wife. LOL. I found Jim White’s website and called about a truck that was out of my price range but I really liked. When Rich answered the phone he was so helpful and honest with me, come to find out he owns the dealership he was not pretentious but super friendly and very helpful and being in the business for 30 years he was very knowledgeable and I really appreciated that. I called him a few times before going to see the truck because I had lots of questions and he was never put out and I never felt rush. Long story short Rich helped me make a deal on the truck that was out of my price range and I love it. If you looking for a vehicle call Rich you won’t be disappointed. 😃👍🏽
